We are a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Enfield seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 SEN Pupil Support to support a Year 2 pupil from September.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful difference to a child's educational journey. You will provide tailored and nurturing support for a pupil with autism and speech and language delay, helping them access learning, develop independence, and thrive within the classroom environment.
About the Role
- Provide consistent 1:1 support throughout the school day.
- Implement strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning.
- Maintain a highly structured and predictable environment.
- Establish and maintain clear, consistent boundaries to help the pupil feel safe and secure.
- Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs while promoting independence.
- Support positive social interactions with peers.
