Parker Smith Inclusion is working with a welcoming, inclusive school in Hounslow to find a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.

The Role
You'll be working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who have a range of SEND needs including autism (ASD), ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties. Day to day, you'll be:
- Delivering 1:1 and small group support to pupils with EHCPs
- Working alongside the class teacher and SENCo to implement tailored support plans
- Adapting resources to help pupils access the curriculum
- Monitoring and recording pupil progress
- Supporting pupils' emotional regulation and social development throughout the school day
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN in a school, care, or community setting
- A calm, patient and resilient approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with pupils and staff
