1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant
Location: Barnet
Salary: £92 - £110 per day PAYE
Full Time | Term-time only
At Parker Smith Inclusion, we are currently working with a dedicated specialist school who are seeking a passionate individual to support a KS1 pupil 1:1. This role includes a high level of in-depth personal care so requires someone who is compassionate and resilient when facing unexpected challenges.
Along side the personal care aspect of this role, you will also be helping deliver tailored support to help the child stay engaged with learning while also supporting communication, emotional regulation and independence throughout the day.
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will build trusting relationship with both the pupil and the wider support team. This will allow you to work together to create and maintain a positive learning environment.
Maybe you’re an experienced Teaching Assistant or a Care/Support worker who is looking to move into SEND. This school is looking for someone who is dedicated to making a difference to a pupils education every day.
