1:1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Kingsbury, Brent
Pay: £90–£100 per day (PAYE), dependent on experience
Contract: Full time, Monday to Friday
Start Date: January 2026

A welcoming primary setting in Kingsbury is seeking a committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work closely with a student who requires tailored support to stay engaged, regulate emotions and build confidence in the classroom. Your presence will make a meaningful difference each day as you help create stability, routines and positive learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a Year 3 pupil throughout the school day
• Use trauma-informed, restorative and de-escalation approaches
• Support personalised learning activities, structured routines and targeted interventions
• Encourage confidence, emotional regulation and positive behaviour
• Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and external professionals to ensure consistent support
