Contract: Full-time | Long-term
Start Date: ASAP
This is a highly meaningful 1:1 Teaching Assistant role within a primary school setting in Cricklewood, supporting a child with Autism (ASC), non-verbal communication and complex needs. This role is not about standing back. It is about being present, proactive and emotionally attuned throughout the school day.
The child you will support requires consistency, structure and an adult who can anticipate needs, recognise sensory overload early and respond calmly and confidently. Progress here is measured in trust, engagement and emotional regulation as much as academic outcomes.

Working closely with the class teacher and SEN staff to follow personalised strategies
