121 Teaching Assistant - Immediate Start

£100–£120 per day PAYE
Are you a compassionate and resilient Teaching Assistant looking to make a genuine difference to a young person with SEND?
We are looking for a 121 Teaching Assistants to support students in both primary and secondary. You will play an important role in helping them access learning, regulate their emotions, build confidence and develop greater independence.
The school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for students with a range of needs, including SEMH, Autism, ADHD, communication difficulties and learning needs. Staff are well supported, with opportunities for training, development and progression.
The Role
As a 121 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the students in lessons and targeted interventions.
- Build a positive, trusting and consistent relationship.
- Support emotional regulation and promote positive behaviour.
- Encourage communication, independence and social interaction.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists and the wider SEND team.
- Support sensory, physical or personal care needs where required.
- Create a safe and supportive environment where the student can succeed.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience supporting children or young people with SEND, whether professionally or personally. You will be patient, empathetic, reliable and confident in remaining calm during challenging situations.
Most importantly, you will have a genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs and helping them reach their potential.
