Parker Smith Inclusion is recruiting a 121 Teaching Assistant for a specialist autism school in Kingsbury. You’ll support a young person throughout the school day, helping them access learning, manage challenges and develop their confidence and independence.
You don’t need extensive SEND experience. A patient, positive attitude and a genuine interest in supporting young people are what matter most.
The Role

Provide 121 support in the classroom

Encourage communication and engagement

Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour

Help the student develop independence and social skills

Work closely with teachers and support staff
Who We’re Looking For
This role could suit someone with experience in education, childcare, care, sports coaching, mentoring or youth work.
You’ll need to be reliable, adaptable and patient, with the confidence to build positive relationships and support young people with additional needs.
