We are working with a forward-thinking Alternative Provision programme to find an outstanding teacher to deliver tailored learning to KS3 and KS4 pupils who require a nurturing, flexible approach to education.

- Use assessment tools (e.g. Salford Reading Test) to plan meaningful learning
- Support social-emotional learning and build trusted relationships
- For KS4, guide pupils through AQA Functional Skills qualifications
What’s in Place:
- Behaviour support specialists working with each group
- Access to engaging reading and literacy programmes
- A collaborative, understanding team ready to support you
- A creative, non-mainstream setting where you can truly make a difference
We’re Looking For:
- A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) OR experienced educator with a strong track record
- Someone who’s confident teaching both Maths and English at a functional level
- Experience working with SEMH, disengaged learners or in alternative settings is highly desirable
Calm, patient and creative mindset—humour always welcome!
