Salary: In line with Inner London Teaching Pay Scale| £206.75 - £268.21 per day (£40,317 - £52,300)
Contract: Temp-to-Perm | Full-time

If so, this role in an Alternative Provision could be the perfect fit for you.
This unique setting is ideal for teachers looking to extend their skills in mental health and autism, working with small classes of 4-5 students, sometimes as few as one due to attendance. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships and deliver high-quality, tailored teaching that meets each student's individual needs.
The Role
- Teach English from KS3 - KS4, focusing on personalised learning and relationship-building
- Teaching pupils with Autism, SEMH, learning difficulties and young people considered at-risk
- Engage high-ability students in a setting that values academic excellence and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a trauma-informed, therapeutic environment. This is a very collegiate setting!

Who We’re Looking For
- An experienced English Teacher with QTS, passionate about making a difference in a specialist setting
- Someone with experience or a strong interest in mental health, autism, and trauma-informed teaching
- A teacher who values nurturing and building relationships with students
- Emotionally and mentally resilient, ready to support students who may be disengaged or facing personal challenges
- A professional who is adaptable, compassionate, and committed to continuous learning and growth
