I am representing a creative, happy mainstream primary school looking for an individual to support children with Autism, ADHD and complex needs. They are looking for somebody who brings energy, personality and a sense of fun to the role.
This isn't a school for somebody who wants to sit quietly at the back of the classroom. They want someone who can build relationships, get involved, make learning engaging and become a positive part of a child's day.
You might already be working in SEND. You might be a parent of a child with additional needs looking for a full time role. You might come from a nursery, sports coaching or youth work background and be looking to move into a school setting.
Based in Romford, the school has a supportive leadership team, excellent CPD and genuine opportunities for career progression. Staff are encouraged to develop and there is a clear route into a permanent position for the right person.
