I’m working with a creative, welcoming mainstream primary school in Romford that is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and caring Learning Support Assistant to support children with Autism, ADHD and complex additional needs.
This is a role for someone who loves getting involved, building meaningful relationships and making learning fun. You won’t be expected to sit quietly at the back of the classroom — the school wants someone who can bring energy, think on their feet and help children feel confident, supported and engaged in their learning.
You don’t necessarily need previous school experience. You might already work in SEND, be a parent of a child with additional needs, or have experience in a nursery, sports coaching, youth work or another role where supporting and engaging children is at the heart of what you do.
What matters most is your attitude, patience, creativity and ability to connect with children.
