Parker Smith Inclusion is working with a specialist provision to appoint a dedicated and compassionate ASC Teacher to support pupils with Autism.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a teacher who genuinely understands autism and is passionate about creating learning environments where pupils feel safe, understood and able to thrive.
The Role:
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, structured lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with ASC. You will help pupils develop both academically and emotionally, ensuring consistency, routine and positive outcomes.
You will be teaching small class sizes, allowing you to focus on meaningful relationships, personalised learning and effective behaviour support strategies.
The ideal candidate:

A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent)

Experience working with pupils with ASC, SEND or in a specialist setting

A calm, patient and reflective approach to teaching

Strong behaviour management and communication skills

A genuine commitment to inclusive education
