Parker Smith Inclusion is working with a highly regarded all-through SEN school in Sutton, supporting pupils aged 4 to 19 with Autism, complex medical needs, and sensory processing needs.
This full-time, long-term role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive, positive, and truly committed to pupil wellbeing.
The Role:

Supporting students across EYFS, Primary, Secondary, and Post-16 phases

Providing tailored support for pupils with diverse and complex needs
-
Assisting with communication tools, sensory activities, and personal care
-
Promoting student independence, dignity, and emotional well-being
-
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and external professionals
What We’re Looking For:

Experience supporting children or young people with SLD, Autism and/or complex needs
-
Knowledge of PECS, Makaton and social stories.

A calm, patient and positive approach to behaviour and learning
-
Comfortable with personal care and supporting physical and sensory needs

Committed to upholding the highest standards of safeguarding

Team players who are flexible, reliable and passionate about inclusive education
