Parker Smith Inclusion is working with a highly regarded all-through SEN school in Sutton, supporting pupils aged 4 to 19 with Autism, complex medical needs, and sensory processing needs.

This full-time, long-term role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive, positive, and truly committed to pupil wellbeing.

The Role:

  • Supporting students across EYFS, Primary, Secondary, and Post-16 phases

  • Providing tailored support for pupils with diverse and complex needs

  • Assisting with communication tools, sensory activities, and personal care

  • Promoting student independence, dignity, and emotional well-being

  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and external professionals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting children or young people with SLD, Autism and/or complex needs

  • Knowledge of PECS, Makaton and social stories. 

  • A calm, patient and positive approach to behaviour and learning

  • Comfortable with personal care and supporting physical and sensory needs

  • Committed to upholding the highest standards of safeguarding

  • Team players who are flexible, reliable and passionate about inclusive education

  • Salary: £90 – £95 per day (PAYE)

  • Schedule: Full-time, Term Time Only

  • Compliance: Enhanced DBS and full safeguarding vetting required
