They are seeking an Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion. As a leading educational institution dedicated to empowering SEND students, we are seeking a visionary educator eager to advance to a senior leadership role and shape the future of pupils with special educational needs.

As a Senior Leader, you must demonstrate you have the following experience...

  • Experience in managing complex EHCP case load

  • Evidence of effective line management to embed high-quality SEND provision

  • Successful track record in middle leadership with a values-based approach

  • It's important that you are knowledgeable about SEN/trauma and how to build positive relationships to support the students

  • Thorough knowledge of the National Curriculum and extensive experience of curriculum delivery, monitoring and assessment

About You:

  • Must have QTS - Ideally Secondary trained teacher background

  • Must hold the NASENCO / NPQSEND

  • NPQML / NPQSL - not essential
