A specialist SEN school in Cricklewood is seeking an Autism Nurture Teacher to support pupils aged 7–16 with Autism (ASC) and associated SEMH needs. This is a unique opportunity to work within a therapeutic, nurture-led environment where the focus is on rebuilding trust in education and supporting pupils to re-engage with learning.
You will teach small classes in a structured, supportive setting, adapting your approach to meet individual needs while working closely with therapists, SEN staff and families. About the role

Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons for pupils with ASC and SEMH needs

Teach small classes across primary and/or secondary age ranges

Support pupils’ emotional regulation, communication, and social development

Assess progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs

Work collaboratively with therapists, support staff, and families

Create a calm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
