As an Autism Provision Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering creative and individualised learning, working closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure every pupil receives the support they need to thrive.

The Role

• Deliver engaging and personalised lessons for pupils with autism and additional needs
• Create a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Support communication, emotional regulation, and independence
• Contribute to a creative and highly individualised curriculum

• Has experience supporting pupils with autism and complex SEND
• Is passionate about inclusive and specialist education
• Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
• Brings patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach
