At Parker Smith Inclusion we are continuously looking for specialist teachers with a passion for SEND, we work closely with a large trust with multiple special school sites across East London Boroughs which could be part of your next career journey.
Working as an Autism Specialist Teacher you are specifically working with children with an autism diagnosis along-side other needs such as speech & language needs, dysregulated behaviour, low-learning levels and other complex needs. We're looking for staff with QTS and ECTs can also be considered as long as you know SEND Teaching is where you want to be! You will be working in a well developed environment surrounded by other experienced teachers, TAs, Speech and Language and Occupational Therapists.
I'm also happy to speak with mainstream teachers that have always been interested in SEND education, due to the amount of support you'll have around you this particular trust are able to support mainstream teachers become specialists and it is always developing meaning access to further career progression is at your fingertips.
