As someone who wants to make a genuine difference in young people’s lives, you may have already realised that the environment you work in can either elevate your impact, or hold it back. This is an opportunity to step into something different.
We’re working with a number of SEND and mainstream schools in Greenwich who are looking for ASC Teaching Assistants to support students with autism. This is a full-time, term-time role, where you will become a consistent and trusted figure in a young person’s school experience.
The schools we work with have been built around the idea that staff wellbeing matters just as much as student progress. There is a real sense of collaboration, with supportive leadership teams who are approachable, hands-on, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed. The result is a culture where staff feel part of something stable, positive, and purposeful.
You will be working closely with students who may struggle with anxiety or become withdrawn when overwhelmed. In these moments, your patience, emotional intelligence, and ability to build trust will be what truly changes their experience of education.
This is a role where you are an integral part of each pupil’s journey. The challenges SEND students face are significant, and being part of their progress requires consistency, compassion, and a real belief in what you do. In return, the emotional reward of seeing even small breakthroughs is enormous.
We know every candidate is different, which is why we take the time to understand what matters to you. Whether you are experienced in education or coming in with transferable skills and strong personal values, we are focused on finding a setting that aligns with your approach and beliefs.
At Parker Smith Inclusion, we work with integrity and transparency. We only offer PAYE roles, so there are no hidden umbrella deductions, and we ensure you are fully supported through every stage, from CV advice and interview preparation through to ongoing training and development.
If you’re looking for a role where your work has purpose, impact, and meaning every single day, we would love to hear from you, contact Luke Conner today to discuss further.
