I am currently recruiting for the autism specialist school based in Beckton, that are part of a larger trust that has a track record offering two different teacher training streams and pathways to specialise in an aspect of SEN, for example behaviour or communication. To be part of this team is to be part of something special, you'll work alongside therapist, physchologists, and specialist teachers that have a true passion for SEND.
The ideal Autism Teaching Assistant may be...
- A graduate in psychology, social or health sciences looking for a unique and interesting role working with students with special educational needs.
- Engaging and creative in your methods to work with children and support their learning.
- Ambitious and hardworking, open to progression and stepping up when necessary to support students.
- Passionate about a career working with children and young people with special educational needs.
