💡 Your role:
- Supporting children with Autism and complex needs
- Helping pupils engage in learning through tailored approaches
- Working closely with teachers and therapists
- Supporting communication and emotional regulation
- Providing consistent 1:1 and small group support
- Helping create a safe and positive learning environment
💙 You will need:
- A passion for supporting children with SEND
- A calm, patient and consistent approach
- Strong communication skills
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Experience in SEND (desirable but not essential for the right person)
