This Band 6 OT job in North West London is based within a highly specialist SEN school in Brent, supporting pupils aged 3–19 with a diverse range of needs including autism, complex physical, cognitive and medical needs, Down's syndrome, and developmental or learning disabilities. Working closely with class staff, you will help ensure that EHCP assessments are thorough and that provision is delivered in line with recommendations. Alongside direct therapy work, you will contribute to in-class support and whole-staff training, playing an active role in embedding OT strategies consistently across the school day.
What makes this role stand out is the combination of a truly varied caseload, an exceptional team structure, and a strong CPD programme built directly into the timetable so your professional growth is not an afterthought, but a priority.
