We are working in partnership with a range of primary, secondary, and specialist schools to recruit Behaviour Mentors for a September start. Opportunities are available across mainstream settings, alternative provisions, and specialist SEND environments.
This role is ideal for schools seeking skilled, consistent, and supportive Behaviour Mentors to help pupils overcome behavioural, emotional, and social barriers to learning.
The Role
Behaviour Mentors placed through us typically:

Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support for pupils displaying challenging behaviour

Support pupils with SEMH needs, trauma-related behaviours, and emotional regulation difficulties

Implement behaviour support plans and positive behaviour strategies

Work closely with teaching staff, SEND teams, and pastoral leads

Support pupils’ engagement, attendance, and reintegration into learning

Act as a positive role model, promoting self-regulation and resilience

Have experience working with children or young people with behavioural or SEMH needs

Demonstrate a calm, consistent, and restorative approach
