£100 – £120 per day PAYE
This is a specialist provision in central London that supports some of the most vulnerable young people who are unable to access mainstream education. Many of the students have faced significant challenges, including social, emotional and mental health needs, and are often at risk of exclusion or disengagement from learning.
This role involves working closely with young people who need consistent support, structure, and someone they can trust. You will be supporting students both 1:1 and in small groups (no more than six), helping them manage their behaviour, re-engage with education, and build confidence in themselves.
These students need more than just academic support, they need someone who understands behaviour, remains calm under pressure, and can build strong, positive relationships. Could this be you?
