£93 - £110 per day
Here at Parker Smith Inclusion, we are proud be working in close collaboration with an amazing school in the Chelmsford area, who are currently looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their passionate team.
This school supports pupils and young people from all age groups (primary & secondary), providing them with a nurturing and safe environment allowing each and every learner the thrive.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be encouraged to build strong and trusting relationships to help support pupils across both primary and secondary phases with emotional and behavioural regulation. You will also work collectively with other staff to help deliver personalised support all while maintaining a respectful and supportive environment.
If you have had experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs, are a calm and empathetic person and has a genuine interest and passion for supporting young people, then this role might be perfect for you.
