Behaviour Mentor| Newham| Long-term to permanent| £110-130 per day PAYE| Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
A fantastic SEMH setting that provides a safe, therapeutic environment for Key Stage 3 and 4 students, are seeking a compassionate and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join their dedicated team. You will play a key role in supporting a small group of 6-8 students in overcoming barriers to learning, promoting their social and emotional development while creating a structured and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students' social, emotional and behavioural development.
- Build positive, trusting relationships while maintaining clear and consistent boundaries.
- Deliver tailored interventions and learning activities to meet individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support personalised learning plans.
