Position Details:
- Role: Behaviour Mentor
- Start Date: September 2025
- Location: Chelmsford
- Salary: £90 - £115 per day (temp-to-perm opportunity)
Your Role:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with SEMH needs. Working across primary, secondary, or both, you will:
- Build strong, positive relationships with students.
- Support academic and emotional development.
- Help students overcome barriers to learning.
- Work flexibly to meet the diverse needs of young people.

- Experience in education, mentoring, or related fields (desirable but not essential).
- A graduate qualification OR a strong passion for supporting young people.
- Resilience, patience, and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
