Behaviour Mentors – Chelmsford - Up to £110 per day PAYE
I am actively seeking engaging and passionate Behaviour Mentors for schools that provide education to children who are unable to be educated in a mainstream school due to Autism Spectrum Condition and behaviour difficulties. I am looking to speak to professional and committed Behaviour Mentors to work in a variety of settings in Chelmsford.
Even if your experience is informal/voluntary, I want to hear from you! The children you will support will have a variety of needs which can include significant complex behaviour challenges and ASC.
Behaviour Mentor requirements:
● Experience of working with young people with Autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties and learning difficulties or experience with SEMH, Trauma, Sensory processing, social communication
● Learning Mentor/ Youth Worker experience
● Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships
● A passion for working with SEND is essential
