With the help of incredible facilities such as an Astroturf pitch, sports hall, study spaces and outdoor play area, this allows the school to support both autism and SEMH pupils between the ages of 7 and 16 years old.
This provision is currently seeking a committed Behaviour Support Assistant to make an impact within their team. Within this role, you will be working alongside a dedicated and supportive leadership team, who will help guide you with career progression into other roles.
You will help support, small classes made up of 6 to 8 pupils and a SEN teacher allowing the pupils access to more tailored learning to suit their individual needs. When helping the teacher, you may help integrate programmes to provide therapeutic interventions.
As an Behaviour Support Assistant, you will help support the class teacher and help support the pupils with their learning and engagement. You will also strive to create a nurturing and calm environment, allowing the pupils to have a safe space to go to.
