Speech & Language Therapist – Band 7 (or strong Band 6 ready to step up)
Clinical Lead (Dysphagia Specialism)
Brent | Full time | Flexible entry via locum with clear pathway to permanent
Start date: Flexible
As a SaLT with paediatric/school based experience, you will know that truly integrated, school-based MDT working is rare. The opportunity to step into a Clinical Lead role within one is even rarer.
This is a unique chance to join a well-established SEN school in Brent where Speech & Language Therapy is fully embedded within a multidisciplinary team of SaLTs, OTs, Physios, Therapy Assistants and Creative Arts Therapists, all working side by side, every day, within the school environment.
Inspiring those who support children with the highest communication and feeding needs is work filled with purpose.
You might already be a Band 7. Or you might be a strong Band 6 who knows you’re ready to step up. You are organised, collaborative, and confident working with complexity. You’re comfortable supporting others, whether that’s developing therapy colleagues, guiding school staff, or shaping practice across a setting. Dysphagia is an area you feel confident leading in, or ready to take ownership of.
