Community SEN Teacher – Outreach Support
Kingston and Richmond, South West London (Travel Required)
Full-time | 5 Days a Week
£160 - £170 PAYE Per Day, Weekly Payment
Are you a qualified and experienced SEN Teacher looking for a unique and rewarding role outside the traditional classroom setting?
We are recruiting for a Community SEN Teacher to join a well-established organisation that provides outreach tuition to primary-aged children with a range of special educational needs (SEN), including Autism (verbal and nonverbal), complex needs, and severe learning difficulties.
This full-time role (Monday–Friday) requires flexibility to travel across South West London to support children in their homes or community settings.
The Role – Community SEN Teacher
- Delivering tailored 1:1 and small-group tuition to children with a variety of SEN needs
- Creating individualised learning plans to engage and support students
- Working closely with families, carers, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each child
- Travelling to different locations across South West London to deliver sessions in community settings
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – SEN experience preferred
- Experience teaching in SEN schools or mainstream schools with SEN provision
- A flexible, adaptable, and child-centred approach to teaching
- Confidence in working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to travel across South West London
