Pay: £95 per day
Are you a patient, compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant who knows that building trust is just as important as supporting learning?
Parker Smith Inclusion is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs in Havering for a fantastic Specialised SEND school.
We’re looking for someone who understands that every pupil communicates and learns differently. You’ll bring patience, fun, consistency and a relationship-led approach, helping pupils feel safe, supported and ready to engage.
The role:

Provide tailored support to pupils with complex needs

Build positive, trusting relationships

Support pupils to access learning and develop independence

Offer calm, consistent encouragement throughout the school day

Work alongside colleagues to provide the right support for each pupil
What we’re looking for:

Experience supporting children or young people with SEND or complex needs

A patient, caring and adaptable approach

Someone who can build relationships and respond calmly to individual needs
