Complex Needs Teaching Assistant - PMLD / SLD
Camden | £95–£110 per day | Full-time
This is a hands-on SEND role for someone who understands that progress can look very different for every pupil.
Parker Smith Inclusion is recruiting a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant for a specialist SEND setting in Camden.
You will support pupils with significant learning, communication and physical needs, helping them access education in a way that is appropriate to their individual development.
The role
Your day may involve:

Supporting pupils with highly differentiated learning

Helping pupils communicate choices and needs

Supporting sensory-based activities

Encouraging physical development and independence

Supporting personal care where required

Working closely with teachers and therapy professionals

Helping pupils remain comfortable, engaged and included

Recording and recognising individual progress

Experience working with children, young people or adults with additional needs
