END 1:1 Learning Support – Make Every Challenge a Victory
Location: Havering | Pay: £90–£100/day (PAYE) | Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm
Ever wanted to turn chaos into calm, frustration into focus, and challenging behaviour into breakthroughs? This isn’t a “tick-box” school job. This is hands-on, 1:1 support for children with SEND who need someone steady, patient, and unflappable by big emotions or big reactions.
You will work alongside students with autism, ADHD, and social-emotional needs, helping them navigate their school day, regulate their behaviour, and find their voice. You don’t just support learning—you help a child feel safe, seen, and capable of more than they ever thought possible.
This role is for someone who thrives in complex situations, doesn’t take behaviour personally, and can stay calm when others can’t. You’ll need patience, creativity, and a sense of humour, because no two days—and no two learners—are ever the same.
