Make a Real Difference. Every Day.

Are you passionate about supporting children with complex needs and autism? Do you want a role where your dedication, empathy, and commitment truly matter?

We are proud to be working with an exceptional specialist school in Camden, supporting children and young people aged 3 to 19 with complex needs. This is a rare opportunity to join a nurturing, forward-thinking environment where every child is valued and supported to reach their full potential.

While previous care or SEN experience is desirable, we firmly believe that the right attitude, compassion, and willingness to learn are just as important.

About the Role

As a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils with autism and additional learning needs

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students

  • Encourage emotional, social, and academic development

  • Work closely with teachers and specialist staff

  • Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

You will play a vital role in helping students develop confidence, independence, and life skills.

Why Join This School?

  • Outstanding training and professional development

  • Clear progression pathways for aspiring teachers and SEN professionals

  • A highly supportive and collaborative team

  • A school culture focused on wellbeing and growth

  • The chance to make a lasting impact on young lives

This is an ideal opportunity for anyone considering a long-term career in education, psychology, therapy, or SEND support.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from candidates who are:

  • Caring, patient, and resilient

  • Passionate about supporting children with additional needs

  • Reliable and committed

  • Confident working in a specialist setting

  • Keen to develop professionally

Care, support work, or SEN experience is preferred but not essential.
