We are supporting a highly inclusive and well-resourced primary school in Tower Hamlets that is seeking a dedicated Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join its specialist provision.

The provision supports pupils with severe and profound learning difficulties, including physical disabilities, communication needs and complex learning needs.
🔹 The Role
✔️ Support pupils with severe and complex learning needs
✔️ Work on a 1:1 basis and within small groups
✔️ Support communication, engagement and participation in learning
✔️ Assist with personal care when required
✔️ Promote independence and social development
✔️ Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and families
