Deputy Headteacher - SEND school - Newham

Parker Smith Inclusion are supporting a special school in the heart of Newham that is part of a larger trust and they are seeking a Deputy Headteacher. The school are seeking an additional Deputy Head in September due to their expansion into a brand new purpose built building. You will be joining a senior leadership team that have worked in the trust for numerous years who can provide excellent support and mentorship.

This school is an autism and complex needs specialist school supporting students aged 5 - 15, and you would be part of the ongoing development and their exciting future.

The successful candidate for this role will be ambitious, have a proven track record of being a fantastic senior leader, have a strong understanding and passion for SEND and improving the lives of young people with autism and complex needs. You will be contributing across a wide range of leadership responsibilities and shaping the future of its new development. In addition to your Deputy Head duties you will lead a designated subject area, monitoring and evaluating the quality of teaching and learning, and its impact to pupil progress.
