Parker Smith Inclusion are supporting a special school in Waltham Forest that is part of a larger trust and they are seeking a Deputy Headteacher. The school are seeking a Deputy Head in September due to the school joining a new trust and some of the staff moving into other sites
This school is a large SEND school covering various SEND needs and primary and secondary age pupils
The successful candidate for this role will be ambitious, have a proven track record of being a fantastic senior leader, have a strong understanding and passion for SEND and improving the lives of young people with autism and complex needs. You will be contributing across a wide range of leadership responsibilities and shaping the future of its new development. In addition to your Deputy Head duties you will lead a designated subject area, monitoring and evaluating the quality of teaching and learning, and its impact to pupil progress.
