Are you a HR Manager, HR Leader, HR Director with MAT experience seeking a new role?

Perhaps you are restricted to a school office and would now like the flexibility of a hybrid role?

Are you confident with digital systems and website management?

Do you have substantial HR experience at senior level and have handled complex casework?

The Trust

Founded in the last ten years, this trust of SEND schools includes a variety of SEND schools, both pre-dating the trust and brand-new ones they have opened. The trust caters for students with social emotional and mental health needs and associated autism and behavioural needs.

At present, they have a few schools in the building and development stage, but once all schools are open, they will have a substantial number of pupils in their education, some of whom will also be residential.

The trust are passionate about nurturing their staff and ensuring they have excellent retention and succession planning. They have ambitions to become one of the leading SEND MATs in the country and plan to grow by at least one school a year so there is further scope in this role.

The Deputy HR Director role

The HR Director has a very busy role including communications and marketing so they are looking for someone who can deputise in other areas including website management. The role is hybrid but will include at least 2 days a week in HR hubs within a Central London and a South London school. There would also be requirements to travel to other schools in South West and Essex so your own car is desirable. School HR experience is a must for this role and ideally you will have experience in a trust that has specialist settings.

If you would like further information on this role please apply or contact Sophie at Parker Smith Inclusion on 0203 011 4848 or sophie@psinclusion.co.uk
