  • Supporting pupils with emotional regulation using calm, consistent approaches

  • Preparing resources and maintaining digital media equipment

  • Working closely with teachers and the wider SEND team

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or a qualification in Digital Media, Creative Technologies, Graphic Design, Film or a related subject

  • Has experience supporting children or young people with SEMH, SEND, Autism, ADHD or challenging behaviour

  • Is confident using digital media software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, GarageBand or similar

  • Has experience with photography, animation, podcasting, graphic design, video editing, game design or other digital media projects

  • Understands online safety and responsible use of technology

  • Is patient, resilient and able to build positive relationships with young people

  • Can motivate and engage pupils through creativity and encouragement

  • Has a genuine passion for digital media and helping young people succeed
