We are looking for a Drama Teacher who understands that the stage is more than a performance space, it’s a place where confidence is built, emotions are explored, and young people begin to understand themselves and each other.
This is not just about scripts and performances, it’s about transformation.
The Role
You’ll create a safe, expressive environment where students can explore identity, emotion, and storytelling. Many of the young people you’ll work with may struggle to communicate in traditional ways but through drama, they can begin to open up.
Your classroom will be a space where:

- Emotional intelligence and sensitivity
- A belief that every student deserves to be heard, even if they don’t yet know how
Experience in teaching or working with young people with additional needs is valuable but your empathy and creativity will define your success.
