Early Years Level 3 Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support)
Location: Havering, London
Salary: £95 - £100 per day PAYE
We’re working with schools in Havering to find passionate Early Years Teaching Assistants who can provide dedicated 1:1 support to children with additional needs. This role is ideal for someone with a Level 3 qualification who wants to make a real difference in a child’s early development.
Every child’s needs are unique, and having the right support can transform their learning and confidence. You’ll be joining a school that values nurturing, patience, and expertise, giving you the tools and environment to thrive while helping children reach their full potential.
We work closely with schools across the borough, including mainstream early years settings with specialist support provisions, and early years units within SEND or SEMH schools. This ensures you are matched with the setting where your skills and approach are most effective.
