Pay: £90–£95 per day (dependent on experience) Pay As You Earn (PAYE)

Parker Smith Inclusion is seeking two exceptional Early Years SEN Teaching Assistants to join a warm, specialist school for children with Autism, complex needs, sensory difficulties, and severe learning difficulties (SLD).

The Role

Supporting children aged 2–4 with Autism, complex needs, SLD, and sensory processing difficulties

Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver personalised, play-based learning

Using sensory play, communication aids, and structured routines to promote engagement and development

Supporting with personal care and helping to maintain a nurturing, safe classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate
-
Experience working with children with Autism, sensory needs, or complex learning difficulties (Early Years experience highly desirable)

A caring, compassionate attitude and genuine enthusiasm for inclusive education

Ability to work as part of a team and follow individual learning and therapy plans

Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive, specialist setting
