Pay: £90–£95 per day (dependent on experience) Pay As You Earn (PAYE)

Parker Smith Inclusion is seeking two exceptional Early Years SEN Teaching Assistants to join a warm, specialist school for children with Autism, complex needs, sensory difficulties, and severe learning difficulties (SLD).

This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a dedicated, multidisciplinary team that celebrates every milestone, big or small and creates a truly inclusive and supportive environment for every child.

The Role

  • Supporting children aged 2–4 with Autism, complex needs, SLD, and sensory processing difficulties

  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver personalised, play-based learning

  • Using sensory play, communication aids, and structured routines to promote engagement and development

  • Supporting with personal care and helping to maintain a nurturing, safe classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working with children with Autism, sensory needs, or complex learning difficulties (Early Years experience highly desirable)

  • A caring, compassionate attitude and genuine enthusiasm for inclusive education

  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow individual learning and therapy plans

  • Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive, specialist setting
