Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant – Special Needs School (ASAP Start) 
Full Time | £90–£95 per day | Via Parker Smith Inclusion

Parker Smith Inclusion are seeking a committed Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic special needs school catering for pupils with:

  • Autism (ASC)

  • Complex learning needs

  • Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)

  • Sensory-based needs and dysregulation

  • Challenging behaviours

This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact in the early developmental stages of pupils who require tailored support, consistency, and compassion.

About the Role:

  • Supporting Early Years pupils with a range of additional needs

  • Assisting with sensory regulation, communication, and structured learning activities

  • Implementing personalised strategies and behaviour support plans

  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider inclusion team

  • Providing a safe, engaging and supportive classroom environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with SEN, particularly autism and sensory needs, is highly desirable

  • A nurturing, proactive and resilient attitude

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Commitment to supporting the emotional and developmental needs of pupils

  • A valid Child & Adult Workforce DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain a new one

  • Availability to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis
