About the Role:

Supporting Early Years pupils with a range of additional needs

Assisting with sensory regulation, communication, and structured learning activities

Implementing personalised strategies and behaviour support plans

Working closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider inclusion team

Providing a safe, engaging and supportive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For:

Experience with SEN, particularly autism and sensory needs, is highly desirable

A nurturing, proactive and resilient attitude
-
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Commitment to supporting the emotional and developmental needs of pupils

A valid Child & Adult Workforce DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain a new one

Availability to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis
