A wonderful primary school in Redbridge is seeking a EYFS Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This is an inclusive primary school where you will be working with students with SEND in a diverse reception class .Initiative,understanding individual children’s needs and being confident using visuals, communication strategies and motivators to support transitions, routines and positive behaviour is essential, as well as being committed to encouraging children’s development in all areas, including speech, eating, fine motor skills, independence and social interaction, while recognising opportunities for learning throughout the day. Strong multitasking skills are also essential, as the role involves supporting individual children while maintaining awareness of the wider classroom, encouraging routines, learning and participation. Above all, we are looking for someone who enjoys getting involved in play, works well as part of a team and is passionate about helping every child reach their full potential.
