Early Years Class Teacher – Autism Specialist Setting
Permanent | Full-Time or Part-Time | MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance
ECTs Welcome
As a teacher, you want to do more than deliver lessons, you want to help children communicate, develop confidence, celebrate milestones, and achieve things they may once have thought impossible.
To do that well, you need a school that supports not only its pupils, but its staff too. This specialist autism setting has created exactly that.
Supporting children and young people with Autism and complex learning needs, the school provides a highly personalised approach to education, ensuring every pupil receives the support they need to thrive both academically and personally.
Small class sizes, excellent staffing ratios, and a collaborative team culture allow teachers to focus on what matters most—building relationships and helping pupils make meaningful progress.
Whether your background is in Early Years, Primary, SEND, or you're an ECT looking to begin your career in specialist education, you'll be joining a team that is passionate about inclusion, continuous development, and delivering outstanding outcomes for young people.
The Role
You will lead a class of pupils with Autism and additional needs, delivering personalised learning programmes that support communication, independence, engagement, and wellbeing.
Working closely with support staff, families, therapists, and senior leaders, you'll help create a positive and structured learning environment where every achievement is celebrated.

-
Holds QTS (ECTs are encouraged to apply)

Has experience within Early Years, Primary, or SEND education
-
Is passionate about supporting children with Autism
