Location: Brentwood, Essex
Pay: £95–£100 per day PAYE
Contract: Full-time, term-time only
We are looking for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to support young children in a primary school in Brentwood.
You'll work alongside the class teacher to help children learn through play, develop communication and social skills, and grow in confidence as they settle into school.
The role includes:

Supporting learning through play and classroom activities.

Helping children develop speech, language and social skills.

Encouraging independence and confidence.

Supporting daily routines and children who need extra help.

Working with the teacher to support children's development in line with the EYFS.
Who we're looking for
Experience in a nursery, childcare or school setting would be beneficial, along with an understanding of early years development. You'll need to be patient, reliable and enthusiastic about helping young children learn.
