Location: Brentwood, Essex
Pay: £95–£100 per day PAYE
Contract: Full-time, term-time only
Parker Smith Inclusion is looking for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Brentwood, supporting young children as they begin their learning journey.
You'll work alongside the class teacher, helping children learn through play, develop their communication and social skills, and build confidence as they settle into the school environment.
The role includes:

Supporting learning through play and classroom activities.

Helping children develop speech, language and social skills.

Encouraging independence and confidence.

Supporting daily routines and helping children who need extra support.

Working with the teacher to support children's development in line with the EYFS framework.
Who we're looking for
Experience in a nursery, childcare or school setting would be beneficial, along with an understanding of early years development.
You'll need to be patient, reliable and enthusiastic about working with young children. Being able to build positive relationships and create a welcoming environment where children feel comfortable learning is important.
