EHCP Coordinator
Full Time | 5 Days per Week
£174.36 per day | Equivalent to £34,000 per annum

Behind every successful EHCP review is someone who understands the importance of organisation, communication, and attention to detail. For children and young people with SEND, a well-managed EHCP can be life-changing. It ensures the right support is in place, gives families a voice, and helps schools provide the best possible outcomes for their students.

We are seeking an organised and proactive EHCP Coordinator to join a specialist education setting, supporting the smooth management of annual reviews and ensuring statutory processes are completed accurately and on time.

The Role

As EHCP Coordinator, you will take ownership of the annual review process, coordinating meetings with families, school staff, and external professionals while ensuring all documentation is completed and submitted within statutory deadlines.

You will be a key point of contact for parents, carers, therapists, local authority teams, and school staff, helping to ensure communication remains clear, professional, and student-focused throughout.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in SEND administration who understands the importance of compliance, accuracy, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage EHCP annual reviews from start to finish.

  • Arrange review meetings with parents, staff, and external agencies.

  • Produce and submit review documentation within statutory timescales.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential EHCP records.

  • Provide administrative support relating to SEND processes.

  • Liaise with families, Local Authorities, therapists, and education professionals.

  • Ensure compliance with SEND legislation and the SEN Code of Practice.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has knowledge of the EHCP annual review process and SEND legislation.

  • Possesses excellent organisational and administrative skills.

  • Has strong ICT and record-keeping abilities.

  • Communicates confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Can manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Works efficiently and accurately under deadlines.

Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to play a vital role in supporting children and young people with additional needs, ensuring they receive the provision and support they are entitled to.

You'll join a dedicated team where your organisational skills and attention to detail will have a direct impact on student outcomes and family experiences.
