We’re Hiring: EHCP Coordinator
Location: Croydon
Full-time | Term-time only
Start Date: September 2026

Salary: Up to £35,000pa (term time only)

Do you have a passion for supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs? Are you highly organised, confident managing complex processes and able to build positive relationships with families and professionals alike?

We're working with a welcoming and supportive SEND college in Croydon that is looking to appoint an EHCP Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring pupils receive the support they need to succeed.

This is a role where no two days are quite the same. You'll be at the heart of the EHCP review process, coordinating annual reviews, bringing together families, school staff and external professionals, and ensuring everything is completed accurately and within statutory deadlines. From arranging meetings and preparing documentation to maintaining records and liaising with the Local Authority, you'll be the person keeping everything on track.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and the EHCP process, alongside strong administrative and organisational skills. You'll need to be confident handling sensitive information, managing competing priorities and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders in a professional and empathetic way.

Working closely with parents, carers, therapists, Educational Psychologists, Social Care teams and school leaders, you'll play a vital part in helping to secure the best possible outcomes for pupils with additional needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys making a meaningful difference behind the scenes and wants to be part of a school community that genuinely values inclusion and pupil wellbeing.

An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this position.
