A friendly and inclusive primary school in North West London is looking for an EHCP Support Assistant to join their SEND team.
This school is known for its nurturing approach and strong commitment to inclusion. Pupils are encouraged to become confident, resilient and reflective learners, while staff work collaboratively to ensure every child receives the support they need to succeed. The leadership team values its support staff and understands the vital role they play in helping pupils achieve meaningful progress.
As an EHCP Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils across KS1 and KS2, supporting learning, communication, emotional regulation and progress towards EHCP outcomes. You will collaborate with teachers, the SENCO and families to ensure every child receives tailored support throughout the school day.
